The Family Suite offered great space for a group stay, easily fitting five people. Having two sinks and two showers made mornings manageable, great to get out the door quicker.
Water pressure in the shower was disappointing. The surrounding area had a persistent sewer smell, especially noticeable near the entrance, and if you're near the train station, expect disruptive train noises at all hours.

I liked the price and location. Nice and quiet for 1 night.
Require a 500 baht deposit. No welcome drinks.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, new-fashioned room, in general I loved this wonderful hotel. I booked a room with a great bed, a lounge area and Wi-Fi. The food was outstanding and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu.

A cozy retreat in Bangkok
The Siam Star Hotel presented a good atmosphere with its impeccably clean facilities. A special bonus was the surprise breakfast treats and helpful staff always ready with a smile!
The hotel is situated in a narrow alley, which can be tricky to find, and the absence of a kettle in the room meant fetching hot water was a bit of a hassle.

The place was fairly clean and staff was very informative. Truly enjoyed the way our double room for my needs was arranged. This accommodation was in the very central location close to shopping center. Moreover, it's close enough to the airport...

The spacious family suite comfortably accommodated our group of five, with two sinks and two showers, which simplified our morning routine. Daily cleaning kept the room in great shape, and the location provided easy access to nearby markets and malls. The noise from the Airlink train was quite disruptive was great, and dining options were limited in terms of variety beyond local fare. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but after a few days, it felt repetitive.

Room are clean. Price every good. Staffs at the hotel very friendly and helpful accepted for the girl who took us to the room (she was so moaning and sulky.
The map very hard to find the hotel and the road to the hotel very dirty and cover with the mud and water coz its still fixing for 2-3months and have no information on the website to tell us. The taxi can't get in to the hotel so we need to carried all stuff and walked down there. :S

Just a strong match for a date night in Bangkok with fantastic value for money. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool despite the heat outside. Make sure to bring your own amenities since they don't provide much in the bathroom.

I stayed only 1 night for business. In my opinion, it is very convenient to go around the central Bangkok. The staffs are cheerful to provide service. I will be back next time.

The family room is next to the rubbish pile for Baiyok Sky hotel and smell is intolerable. But hotel changed for us on next day.
